ABOUT JOSH
The most important part of my life is my beautiful family. My most prized role is being the husband of my bride of 10 years, Leslie, and father to our three little girls: Piper, Ruby, and Nora. I grew up in Central Pennsylvania, where I was taught that honesty, hard work, and a hand-shake are three things everyone should believe in. When I’m not working, my passions are soccer, traveling, and trying new hobbies or tackling new adventures. Most recently sailing and learning to braid girls hair so it looks like Elsa ;) Professionally, I believe what sets me apart from the average real estate agent is my background, my responsiveness, and my integrity. I have a meticulous desire for excellence in all areas of my life, which is what led me to find immediate success as a Realtor and subsequently awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award by Greenridge Realty in 2015. In 2016 -2018, I was in the top 30 of over 400 real estate agents in the entire company, and also in the top 3% of all real estate agents in West Michigan.
Prior to my career in real estate, my background is in ministry. I spent 10 years as a student ministries pastor and international humanitarian worker. While working overseas, I deepened my understanding of human nature while engaging in humanitarian work; aiding with refugees, teaching English, and immersing myself in the local language and culture. Prior to that, I spent time serving in local churches, and considered a profession of caring for, listening to, and helping to meet people’s needs to be one of the greatest honors of my life. Serving others and looking out for their best interests is a foundational part of who I am, and is something that I have carried into my real estate career.
My highest priority is looking out for and taking care of you and your family. Selling and buying a home can be a stressful process and is most likely one of the largest financial transactions you will make. I take this very seriously, and work hard to ensure the process is smooth, stress-free, and as financially advantageous for you as possible.
